Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that "Carta Negra" has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, Carta Negra shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Carta Negra is not responsible for the accuracy or claims made by advertisers.

Carta Negra will not enter into any correspondance as a result of any dispute that might result between advertisers and members.

The Carta Negra membership card is not transferable and has no monetary value. Lost stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
The Carta Negra associate plaque remains the property of Carta Negra and may only be displayed by participating associates of Carta Negra.

Carta Negra reserves the right to decline to accept memberhips
